Victor is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at CollectiveXP (CXP). Prior to joining CXP, he has been in the startup/scaleup space for more than a decade where the majority of his time was spent scaling up Flipp.There he built a global operations team that partnered with 1.5K+ retailers in North America (including Walmart, Kroger, and The Home Depot) to transform their print advertising for digital consumption. This involved scaling people, processes and systems to handle millions of data points each week. In addition, he led the company to profitability and helped raise more than $100M in 4 rounds of financing.
Victor holds a Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University as well as a Chartered Accountant designation. He lives in Mississauga with his wife and two kids.
