John is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CollectiveXP (CXP), where he leads the design practice. Prior to founding CXP, John started his career in tech in high school, from building company websites to building print production systems for retailers and CPGs. He joined Flipp in 2012, where he scaled Agile and Design practices and created Content Production capability, where he developed the people/process/systems to create dynamic visual merchandising for the top retailers in North America. Most recently, he co-founded Carity.ai, a GenAI-powered knowledge platform that enables companies to organize and drive value from unstructured proprietary data.
John holds a Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) from the University of Waterloo. He resides in Oakville, Ontario with his wife and 3 kids.
